In Store Return and Exchange Policy


If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or receive store credit for your purchase within 30 days from original date of purchase with receipt. Merchandise purchased on a credit card or debit card will be refunded to the original card only.

No exchanges on altered or worn clothing.
 

In Store/Online Returns/Exchange Policy

All shoes/suits that are custom made are a final sale due to the nature of time and of the item. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any item that is returned for a store credit at the discretion of store manager for any valid reason.

There is no return/exchange for worn/altered merchandise.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for returns and exchanges because of our low prices.

How do I return/exchange an item?
 

Please contact store management (973)-565-0085  immediately if there are any problems with the merchandise purchased. After contacting us you will be directed to package your items and send it back to "17 Branford Pl. Newark, NJ 07102".
